|Greg Fox helped solve our bee infestation. We had technicians out previously who were not half as professional and efficient. He also provided information about rodent problems. We live on the 27th floor of a condo, downtown. I discovered, late one night, that we had “bugs” around the sink. I asked the management here, who to call and they suggested “(competitor name deleted).” When I called him, he told me we had roaches and to scotch tape 2 of them to a white piece of paper and leave it at the front desk. He would not come check for himself.

My experience, beginning with my initial call — after 5 — talking with Allison, was the beginning of a perfect effort by Hearts to get control of the situation, identify that the roaches were coming in from the plumbing pipes that had not been sealed, which allowed for infestation from other units.
Curtis Williams, the Senior Consulting Technician, did a superior job of explaining how this happened, and the solution to rid ourselves of this pest and never have it occur again. He did everything he said he would and more!
|Today, Nov. 1, 2007, Oscar did the pest control inside and outside my home. He was a delight… a very pleasant, efficient, helpful person. He put on the shoe covers before entering and took special care and time with everything. He asked me questions about what I wanted and where. He gave me a report on rodent signes in the rat traps outside. Thank you!!!! Tony usually sprays my home, and he does a fine job, too. This was the first time I had met Oscar.

|My family just recently moved to an older home in Ramona that was very infested with roaches, both inside and out! I was disgusted! I have 16 month twin boys and was concerned about using pesticides, but decided to call Hearts anyway. They sent out Greg, who was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. They even had an organics program! I went ahead with the service and haven\’t seen any more bugs of any kind in our home.

I just wanted to drop you a note about how pleased I am with Hearts Pest Management. I started off with Hearts Pest Management back in June of 2003. Your company has done so much for me with my rodent problems. I especially appreciate how you cleaned up and replaced my insulation in the attic. Your exclusion program has worked very well. On top of the major work I had done in June of 2003, the monthly services have been wonderful. Your employees are pleasant to talk to and Hearts has always been quick to come out and take care of any problems that I may have.
Before Hearts Pest Management I had an abundance of rodents and our ant problem was out of control. Since I have started with your company I have not had any issues and I just wanted to thank you for that.

I want to thank you for sending Greg out today to do a free rodent inspection, because I thought my problems with roof rats in my attic had returned. Well, I was so very pleased to learn that they were not in the attic! They are out on the roof area. What a relief!

|To whom it may concern:I am a retired member of the Institute of Professional Investigators, The Council of International Investigators and the Institute of International Security.
Acting upon instructions of T. E. the court appointed executor of the late S. R. of (addressed removed for privacy). I was asked to arrange for a company to delouse and clear the infestation of rodents from the property which was a mobile home.
S. R. was a recluse who lived in appalling conditions, his home was about three feet deep in decayed matter, news papers and garbage to which the Sheriff, Ambulance and City Health personnel can speak.
|I surveyed the pest management companies in the San Diego County and requested estimates from them to deal with the hazard in the mobile home, from these the firm Hearts Pest Management was selected.
In April of 2003. I met Mr. Gerry Weitz the principal of the company selected. He was given verbal instructions and he and his crew set out to work on an extremely difficult task of making the home safe to work in and subsequent clearing and sorting out of its contents and recovering all documentation and valuables. Many times I had to leave the site but on my return Mr. Weitz handed me valuables, cash, and documents that had been salvaged.
When the daughter of the deceased arrived on completion of his work Mr. Weitz attended with coveralls, masks and boots so that she could enter her fathers home and see things as they were.
He, like myself, and my wife, consoled the young woman in her grief. We all hugged her and took her and her friend to our home for refreshments.
In conclusion Hearts Pest management acted very professionally and thoroughly, with total respect for valuables and the emotional concerns of the next of kin.
I am writing to share my experience with your employee, Kia.
I just wanted you to know that in my brief interaction with Kia today, her friendliness and professionalism was excellent, and really appreciated. I usually never arrive home from work early enough to encounter your employees, and I know nothing of the pest control treatment that is actually applied on Heart’s visits. (Until today, I have only know that Hearts was another bill to pay.) Having met Kia today, and having paid attention to the variaous treatments she applied today, I was impressed.
I just thought you should know that Kia makes a terrific first impression, seems to have a great work ethic, really cares about the customer, and is a great representation of your firm. The employees on the front lies can make or break your relationship with your customer base, and she has certainly cemented ours in the brief time we interacted. She may be relatively new, but she’s a terrific asset to your firm.
