Educational Tuition Benefits with Hearts Pest Management

One of the best opportunities Hearts Pest Management offers its employees is 50% reimbursement on tuition costs for higher education. It doesn’t matter whether your educational goal is related to pest control or if it is something entirely different. We want all of our employees to further and broaden their education.

A Company with Heart

To encourage your professional and personal development, Hearts will pay for college classes through the Educational Assistance Program. To receive reimbursement, you must be employed with Hearts past the 3 month probationary period and be a full-time employee. Approval before registering for classes must be obtained by management. You will receive reimbursement after the class/classes are completed and a minimum of a ‘B’ grade is obtained and proof provided.
We value our employees and treat them with respect!

The Educational Assistance Program is designed to assist employees in taking advantage of educational opportunities that will benefit both their personal and professional development. This can be in the form of an advanced degree to taking classes that may enhance one’s work skills, such as computer software classes. Although Hearts Pest Management may provide benefits for continuing education, we make no commitment for promotions, transfers, or salary increases by doing so. This is your own personal and professional development opportunity. Read the following testimonies from Hearts Pest Management employees who have taken advantage of this great benefit:

Meet Marco Ramos:

Marco has been employed with Hearts Pest Management on a part-time basis while he attends UC Riverside for a degree in Political Science. Although he is only a part-time employee, Hearts is providing Marco with airfare and a 50% reimbursement on his scholarship tuition during his Washington D.C. Internship. Marco will be interning as a legal aid to help victims of domestic violence with immigration status. Good job Marco!

Meet Donna Walker:

Donna has been with Hearts Pest Management for over 4 years as a Blogger/Web Writer, and Customer Service Representative. She is a naturalist/trail guide and enjoys writing about insects and wildlife. Donna’s photos and artwork are in the company blogs and in many pages on the Hearts Pest Management website. Donna has an Associates Degree and Certificate of Achievement in American Indian Studies but this last year, she wanted to learn Photoshop. Her online class in Photoshop CS6 was paid for by Hearts Pest Management upon receiving an A in the course. The CS6 program software was also provided to her by Hearts and she has since been able to utilize her new skill for both professional and personal development.
Donna turned her photo into a cartoon Avatar by utilizing her new skills in Photoshop.
